Althea Leclair
Althea is a Knight-Captain from Alexandria. After a series of events, she left the displaced world with her daughter in tow, as she sought to experience
the world outside the Levin Dome. She has been attempting to make ends meet and live off the land more effectively. Althea is a compassionate person who
will eagerly help whomever she can, but also a fiery temper when people begin to harass or bring harm to her allies. She once had a goal of becoming a
Royal Knight, but has been unable to achieve such due to life circumstances.
A chance encounter at The Roost saw Yugen and Althea forming a
'mutually beneficial deal'. Now Althea currently is giving secretarial support to the Shingetsu in the form of document handling and working up the
ladder to handle more with maybe eventual focus on guard work.
The Buzzing Hive
Nestled in the heart of Kugane and owned by the eccentric Hachi, The Buzzing Hive
is a flourishing corner shop that sells premium, locally sourced honey and bee products, as well as seasonal flora. Whereas entertainment is taken
in lieu of payment during markets and festivals, patrons of The Buzzing Hive are expected to trade in coin, items, or information--or perhaps a favor
if the owner is inclined. Aside from running the shop, Hachi has other business ventures and is currently the communications director for the Sacred
Oak foundation; a charity organization that funds orphanages around the world.
The Buzzing Hive currently supplies Shingetsu with honey and beeswax,
with Hachi also agreeing to scout for able bodies experienced with childcare.

New Dawn Commons is a collective of RP locations, venues, and other events centered on community outreach in the Brume in Ishgard.

Three Hares Down
A stall run by three viara with menu primarily inspired by the flavors of Doma, Hingashi, and Thavnair.

Kirishi Tabito
Kirishi is a freelance Aetherologist with a background in Hannish Alchemy. Originally from Hingashi, she left at a young age due to disagreements with the isolationism,
living for a few decades in Radz-at-Han though studying at Sharlayan. An kind-hearted and polite person, she is willing to help any who need aid, be they out in the world
or in her home, and she is full of stories too boot.
A chance encounter with Kota brought the 'curse' placed upon the Mangetsu to her attention. Meeting with Yugen and examining the notes they had on the situation, she
worked with them to develop a cure for the curse. Now she provides supplies with the hopes of better understanding the practices employed by Shingetsu.

As a skilled artisan, Yugen sought
out Zeris and his works for various medical supplies and containers for different products of the Shingetsu's shop front.

A shoppe filled with all manner of alchemical concotion and sweet treat, the walls and display cases seem to be lined further with pomanders. A long forgotten art of Gelmorra. Sometimes
you can't remember just how you arrived, but you'll certainly not forget your stay. Those adept in the use of aether, or having frequented the shoppe so often will find locating the
physical cottage in the woods quite easy.
Having met some few times and also purchasing goods from one another before. Yugen saught Tatiana to provide their pomander craft service in order to keep Tower expeditions safe.
